This Refund Policy explains how refunds may work for paid Learn with Sakib courses once real payments are enabled.

General refund window
For paid courses, Learn with Sakib may offer a limited refund window after purchase. The exact refund period should be clearly shown on the checkout or course page before payment.
When refunds may be approved
A refund may be approved if you accidentally purchased the wrong course, paid twice, or could not access the course because of a verified platform issue.
When refunds may be declined
Refunds may be declined if a large portion of the course has already been watched, if course materials were downloaded or misused, or if the request violates fair usage.
Stripe payments
For Stripe payments, approved refunds will be processed through Stripe. The time required for the money to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card provider.
Manual payments
For manual payments such as bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer, refund handling may require manual verification of the original payment.
Cohort or live classes
Refund rules for cohort-based, live, or limited-seat classes may be different from self-paced courses and should be shown before enrollment.
